HAPPINESS INDEX - Where's Costa RIca on this latest one that's based on Socio-Economic factors, unemployment, government resources, poverty+???

Where is Costa Rica here?????  Each of the "Happiness Index's" have different criteria.  I like THIS one best as it measures Socio-Economic factors, unemployment, government resources, poverty++!!!
