The facility offers 4+ bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (gas stoves, toaster, blender, Citrus juicer), Sitting area•salon and Dining in the master suite or on the patio.

This house is TURN-KEY - just about everything you could need to start your thing immediately - just bring your clothes (or not!) and yoga mats!

LOCATION:
LONDRES - a very quiet, safe and friendly Tico town with 2 mini-marts, bar/restaurant, soccer field, elementary, high school.  It's the hub for the Manuel Antonio & Quepos Adventure Tours like Repelling, Horseback Riding, ATV's, Canopy/Zipline, and Class 3-4 White Water River Rafting in Rainy Season (July-Dec.-ish) - otherwise it's a nice Lazy River the rest of the time.

It's 10 miles EAST of Quepos - not far from the Pacific Ocean
(there's a bus that goes through Londres 7 times a day).

Because of the 500' of creek frontage - it really is cooler and green here. 



The finca has been operating as a BandB since 2002.

IF they sign a 3 year NNN lease, $600 a month works for me.  IF they want go come just high season????  $1000 a month is still a good deal, since I have been renting rooms for $300, even to volunteers.
KISS  quote $600 on a 3 year lease, and I can deal with short term IF necessary.

There is NO tv (but you're welcome to bring in your own Sky TV if you'd like)
