Costa Rica is such a "GIFT" to us to remind us of the "Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do THIS SECOND" quote since it's not unusual for the Water and/or Electricity TO go off SUDDENLY for HOURS with NO notice (heck - you never know when the next big earthquake is going to hit here!). Yup - this pretty much sums up MY sentiments EXACTLY!!!! (though sadly not enough people will pick up after themselves!!
