TESTIMONIALS:
Brendan Evans Moorehead - Entrepreneur (Marketing, Real Estate, Green)
Naomi is the ultimate prophet of possibility. In 1999 I attended one of her "Freedom to Ask" workshops and experienced a fundamental shift in my perception of possibility and my feelings of "permission" to ask for what I want, resulting in a immediate improvement the next week in my fundraising performance at the California League of Conservation Voters, where I was working at the time.
Perhaps the most valuable skill of a life coach or business consultant is the ability to faciliate an expansion in the client's belief system around what is possible and how to create it with a focus on bottom line measurable results. Naomi has this talent in spades.
Dr Beth Halbert - Owner - Dr. Beth's Compassionate Parenting
Thank you Naomi for all the inspiration, support, encouragement, and walk your talk coaching you have given me over the years. It has been a blessing to work with you and be your friend. I appreciate the specific feedback you have given me to continually remember to stand in my greatness so that I can be of better service to the world. Your commitment to transformation, love, and peace is a marvel. You Rock!!!
Cat Maida - C.E.O. at AMPS California
Naomi provided support for transforming the issues that were standing in the way of achieving my goals and helping me uncover my true potential. With her creative, outside of the box and inspirational pearls of wisdom, she provided the luxury of a confidant and co-creator. If you’re ready to do the work, Naomi will be the bridge to your personal and professional accelerated growth.... be prepared to take off like a rocket!

Posted on 22:30 by Unknown

Sunday February 24, 2013; 10am-4pm
Physical, psychological and mental health require that we nurture and develop both.
For the past 3,000 years or so the feminine—in culture, in religion, and within individuals —has been relegated to a secondary place, and we are experiencing the effects of this imbalance within ourselves and in our world as our denigration of our planet—a feminine energy—threatens our survival.
This program is designed to awaken, nurture and honor the inner feminine, through yoga postures organized around Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation, and guided meditations that will help to explore the inner feminine landscape and empower this perhaps neglected aspect of being.
A light vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
We always try to carpool so please let us know if you need a ride or are willing to offer one.

Where do the Different TYPES of Expats Live?
Posted on 09:14 by Unknown
When considering moving to Costa Rica, I think one thing I have not seen a lot of people considering - that CAN effect their pleasure in living in an area - is asking about/looking for Like-Minded people!
When posting on many of the message boards -
I RARELY see people sharing who THEY are - what their interests area, what they're seeking in an area, their age range (IF that's important to them). It's often more of a broad general statement asking where to live.
I KNOW I wouldn't blend in as much - or be able to give back - in an area where the expat community seems to be more conservative (like Cariari).
So what area do YOU Expats feel tends to have more Liberal Thinking expats?
More Democrat Expats?
More Conservative • Republicans Expats?
Expats that are Younger Families?
Temporary Corporate Families (so not really "Expats" as they're often in Costa Rica just 2-4 years or so)?
Expats into Sustainable Living?
Expats/services geared towards the Organic community?
How about Expats that are more "WooWoo" - into Self Empowerment • New Age-y things • Spiritual • Spirituality - where there are more classes, groups, etc. (MY kinda people!! I personally find LOTS more of these things in the Escazu area)?
Expats into Healthier Living (vegetarians, raw foodies, holistic healing, etc.)?
Younger people/singles Expats?
How about more traditional christian religion Expats?
How about Expat families into Home or Non-Schooling?
40-60 year old Expats?
More Physically Active Expats?
How about more Doomsday believing Expats?
More Anti-/down with America Expats?
I even want to know what areas you find Expats that tend to "keep to themselves" more? (less social)
Please share YOUR observations•experiences so I can share with others (names do NOT have to be included - or just your first name - whatever YOU want)!
E- me at LivingLifeInCostaRica@gmail.com
PLEASE "SHARE" this with EVERYONE you know that lives/has lived in Costa Rica in hopes they'll share THEIR experiences/observations!! It can be REALLY HELPFUL!!
